Refund Policy
Thank you for registering for Acadivate Event and Conference Management Services. We aim to provide a clear and fair refund policy for all our participants. Please review our policy below:
1. General Refund Policy
Full Refunds: Full refunds will be granted if a cancellation request is received within 15 days of registration, provided it is more than 45 days before the event start date.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds of 25% will be granted for cancellation requests received between 15 and 45 days before the event start date.
No Refunds: No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received less than 45 days before the event start date.
2. Event Cancellation or Postponement
Organizer-Initiated Cancellations: If the event is cancelled by the organizers, registered participants will receive a full refund of the registration fees. We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred.
Organizer-Initiated Postponements: If the event is postponed, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer their registration to the rescheduled event date.
3. Substitution Policy
Participant Substitution: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us in writing at info@acadivate.com | icgsd2024@gmail.com no later than 30 days before the event. Please include the full name and contact information of the person to whom you are transferring your registration.
4. Force Majeure
The organizers shall not be held liable for any failure to perform their obligations where such failure is due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to Acts of Nature, war, terrorist activities, or any other event that makes it impossible or impractical to hold the event.
5. Virtual Events
For virtual or digital events, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided once access credentials have been issued.
6. Merchandise and Materials
Physical Merchandise: Any physical merchandise purchased through the conference website is subject to its own return policy. Please refer to the specific return policy provided at the time of purchase.
Digital Materials: Any digital materials, including but not limited to e-books, recordings, and software, are non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded.
7. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at info@acadivate.com | icgsd2024@gmail.com with your registration details and reason for the cancellation. Refund requests will be processed within 30 business days.
