Thank you for registering for Acadivate Event and Conference Management Services. We strive to provide a seamless experience for all our attendees. Please review our return policy below.

1. Registration Fees

Non-Refundable Fees: All registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Transferable Registrations: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual by contacting us at +91-9970559438 no later than 17/May/2024. Please provide the full name and contact information of the individual to whom you are transferring your registration.

Partial Refunds: In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted in writing to +91-9970559438.

2. Event Cancellation or Postponement

Organizer-Initiated Cancellations: If the event is cancelled by the organizers, registered participants will receive a full refund of the registration fees. We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred.

Organizer-Initiated Postponements: If the event is postponed, registrants will be given the option to either receive a full refund or transfer their registration to the rescheduled event date.

3. Force Majeure

The organizers shall not be held liable for any failure to perform their obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

4. Digital Events

For virtual or digital events, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided once access credentials have been issued.

5. Merchandise and Materials

Return of Physical Merchandise: Any physical merchandise purchased through the conference website is subject to its own return policy. Please refer to the specific return policy provided at the time of purchase.

Digital Materials: Any digital materials, including but not limited to e-books, recordings, and software, are non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded.
